Scanning America, Inc. is committed to protecting the privacy of our web site users. This policy covers the information collected on this web site. The records our clients entrust to us for scanning are governed by our agreements with those clients and are held in strict confidence: we use them only to perform the work, disclose them only to employees and contractors who need them to do that work and are bound to the same confidentiality, and protect them with controls that are independently examined (see our SOC 2 page).

Contact form. When you send us an inquiry, the information you enter (name, company, email address, phone, city, state and your comments) is emailed to our sales team through a mail delivery service and used only to respond to you and follow up on your inquiry. We keep it as long as that takes. We do not sell it or share it with anyone outside Scanning America, except as required by law. A spam check by Cloudflare runs when the form is submitted and may process your IP address and browser details for that purpose.

Hosting and analytics. This web site is served by Cloudflare, which processes visitors’ IP addresses and request details in order to deliver the pages and protect the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read; it does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. This web site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
